ISPITIVANJA GENERATORA B2 U TE "NIKOLA TESLA" B U CILJU UTVRĐIVANJA EKSPLOATACIONOG POGONSKOG DIJAGRAMA

Abstract

Ispitivanja ekploatacionog pogonskog dijagrama generatora B2 u TE „Nikola Tesla“ B na osnovu pogonskog dijagrama proizvoĊaĉa, izvršena su sa ciljem utvrĊivanja stvarne mogućnosti rada generatora u oblasti kapacitivnog tereta tj, granice kapacitivnog rada i potvrde granice induktivnog opterećivanja, odnosno potvrda induktivne granice rada generatora sa postojećim rashladnim sistemom, pobudnim sistemom i blok-transformatorom. Pri tome se mere sve relevantne temperature generatora i rashladnih fluida, u skladu sa propisima, kao i temperature ulja blok-transformatora. Ispitivanja se vrše prema eksploatacionoj pogonskoj karti (P-Q dijagram) koju je proizvoĊaĉ zvaniĉno dostavio pri isporuci generatora i koja predstavlja teorijski najširu granicu pogonskog rada bloka. Pri tome je potrebno prema merenjima estimirati realne termiĉke modele i meĊuuticaje. Estimacija temperature provodnika i magnetskog jezgra je neophodna da bi se izmerene radne taĉke mogle svesti na nominalne uslove prema propisima, kao i da bi se izvršila procena temperatura za radne taĉke za koje nisu vršena ispitivanja.
