The PHEMTRONICS project database (D2.7) provides an account of the structural and optical properties and some thermodynamic data of the novel phase-change materials Gallium sulfide (GaS) and Antimony sulfide (Sb2S3), in their amorphous and polycrystalline states. This database, informed by data obtained through spectroscopic ellipsometry and Raman spectroscopy, consists of optical properties of these materials at room temperature and the temperature dependence of those optical properties determined by in-situ ellipsometric monitoring of heating experiments. In addition, the database also contains Raman spectra as structural information. This resource aims to assist researchers and engineers working with phase change materials and contributes to the development of advanced optical devices, aligning with the goals of the PHEMTRONICS project.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
