Развитие механизмов производства инновационной продукции военного назначения на предприятиях оборонно-промышленного комплекса

Abstract

В статье выявлены особенности процесса реализации инновационного потенциала наукоемких и высокотехнологичных предприятий отечественного оборонно-промышленного комплекса. Приведены конкретные примеры разработки инновационных образцов продукции военного назначения. Проведено научное обоснование организационно-экономического и правового, а также механизмов взаимодействия производителей и заказчиков, стимулирующих производство конкурентоспособной продукции военного назначения. Показано, что для модернизации технического переоснащения предприятий отечественного оборонно-промышленного комплекса целесообразно использовать комплексную системную модель, базирующуюся на научных, технологичных, информационных и инновационных достижениях.
