This book having entitles “A Text Book of Pharmaceutics-I” (As Per Pharmacy Council of India, PCI Regulations). This text book is designed to impart a fundamental and theoretical knowledge on the art and sciences of various pharmaceutical dosage forms used in pharmaceutical industry as well as marketed level. This text book consists the various chapter in the form of units such as: Historical background and development of profession of pharmacy, Dosage forms, prescriptions, posology, pharmaceutical calculations, powders, liquid dosage forms, monophasic and Biphasic liquids, emulsions, suspensions, suppositories, pharmaceutical incompatibilities and semi-solid dosage forms. This book is designed according to the pharmacy council of India (PCI) curriculum of undergraduate courses in pharmacy specially for B. Pharm students, which mainly useful all over India.
