Bienestar emocional y rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios: relación bidimensional y su impacto en las estrategias de apoyo

Abstract

El bienestar emocional y el desempeño académico son factores importantes para el éxito de los estudiantes universitarios. Aunque algunos estudios han encontrado una relación positiva entre estas dos variables, otros han encontrado resultados contradictorios, cuestionando si realmente existe una relación entre el bienestar emocional y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes universitarios y, en caso afirmativo, la fuerza de esta relación. El objetivo de este estudio es investigar la relación entre el bienestar emocional y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes universitarios y determinar si existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables. En la presente investigación se utilizaron encuestas estructuradas para recopilar datos de una muestra de estudiantes universitarios. Se aplicó el análisis de chi cuadrado para comprobar la hipótesis y determinar la relación entre el bienestar emocional y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes universitarios. Los resultados del estudio indicaron que se aprobó la hipótesis nula, lo que sugiere que no existe una relación fuerte entre el bienestar emocional y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes universitarios. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que el bienestar emocional es un factor crítico para el éxito en otros aspectos de la vida, y se deben fomentar prácticas saludables para mejorar el bienestar emocional de los estudiantes universitarios. aunque se han encontrado resultados contradictorios en la literatura científica, este estudio específico sugiere que no existe una relación fuerte entre el bienestar emocional y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes universitarios.
