Monthly mean of "fully filtered concentration of sea ice using atmospheric correction of brightness temperatures and open water filters” From ftp://osisaf.met.no/reprocessed/ice/conc/v2p0 1979/01/02 to 2015/12/31 and from ftp://osisaf.met.no/reprocessed/ice/conc-cont-reproc/v2p0 2016/01/01 to 2023/04/30

To fix inconsistent values all latitudes after 2015 are taken from 2015
