БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ СВОЙСТВА ЕЖЕВИКИ СИЗОЙ (RUBUS CAESIUS) ПРОИЗРАСТАЮЩЕЙ В ЕСТЕСТВЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ УЗБЕКИСТАНА

Abstract

В Узбекистане ежевика растет по берегам рек и арыков. Плод ежевики богат витаминами: каротиноид, фолиевая кислота, витамин С, витамин К и витамина Е. Кроме того, ежевика содержит минералы – калий, медь, кальций, магний и цинк. Распространен в Узбекистане и в Средней Азии, также по всей Европе, Азии и Северной Америке. В естественных условиях произрастает в лесах, в кустарниковых зарослях, вдоль дорог, по берегам рек по вырубкам и т.д. В нашей стране более известны ежевика сизая (лат. Rubus caesius), ежевика гигантская, или гималайская (лат. Rúbus armeniácus), и ежевика разрезная (лат. Rúbus laciniátus). Высокоурожайные сорта ежевики с крупными плодами были выведены И. В. Мичуриным. Эти сорта выращивают в садах, созданных любителями-садоводами. В Узбекистане распространен сорт ежевики «Честер», «Техас», «Честер – Торнлесс». На 1 га земли высаживают по схеме 3х1,20 см метод полива капельное орошение.
