O USO DA CREATINA NO PROCESSO HIPERTROFIA

Abstract

A creatina é um dos suplementos mais populares utilizados por praticantes de musculação. O objetivo desse trabalho de revisão foi investigar os efeitos da suplementação com creatina no processo de hipertrofia muscular em indivíduos praticantes de musculação. Para o trabalho foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática de artigos nas bases de dados PubMed, Scopus, SciELO e Google Acadêmico. Os termos de busca foram “creatina”, “suplementação”, “musculação”, “hipertrofia muscular”, “efeitos colaterais” e “dosagem”. Neste trabalho estão incluídos estudos publicados entre 2010 e 2022, que investigaram os efeitos da suplementação com creatina no processo de hipertrofia muscular em indivíduos praticantes de musculação e foram excluídos os trabalhos que utilizaram outras formas de exercício físico além da musculação. Os dados foram analisados por meio de revisão narrativa.
