Abstract

Ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchisi maktab o‘quvchilarining kundalik hayoti tashkilotchisi sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Qiziqish uyg‘otish, o‘quvchilarni o‘zi ortidan ergashtirish faqatgina irodasi mustahkam odamning qo‘lidan keladi, bunda shaxsiy faollik hal qiluvchi ahamiyat kasb etadi. Sinf, bolalar jamoasi kabi murakkab organizmga pedagogik rahbarlik tarbiyachini topqir, zehnli, qat’iyatli va har qanday vaziyatni mustaqil hal qilishga tayyor turishga majbur qiladi. Pedagog – bu bolalarni o‘z ortidan ergashishga undovchi, taqlid uchun o‘rnakdir.
