The objective of this user research is to create a baseline for how our users move not only through Galaxy Australia but what touch points exist before and after. This exercise will allow us to understand motivations, pain points and tasks that users engage with as they use Galaxy Australia. We will use two UXR methods; User journey mapping and surveying to achieve our objective.
