This repository is the reproducibility package for the journal paper "Implementing and evaluating the Timed Up and Go test automation using smartphones and smartwatches". M. Matey-Sanz, A. González-Pérez, S. Casteleyn and C. Granell, "Implementing and evaluating the Timed Up and Go test automation using smartphones and smartwatches", in IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, doi: 10.1109/JBHI.2024.3456169. It contains all the data and code used for data processing and analysis, along with the software dependencies used. It includes a Dockerfile to build an environment (using Docker or Binder) satisfying all the requirements to reproduce the processes and analyses.
