We investigated the effect of a (non-)scale-aware convective parameterization scheme on simulations of heavy rainfall events in Korea. This file contains WRF simulation data of 48-hour accumlated precipitation used in this paper. The spatial domain is 4x4 km (D03) and the format is NetCDF. In addition, The hourly precipitation data recorded at the Automated Synoptic Observing Systems (ASOS) of the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), which was used to select cases, is contained (2001-2020).
