Dispositivo. Processos de subjetivação. Travesti. Resistência. Abstract: This article brings up some discussions on the processes of subjectivation and resistance that sexual dissidents experience nowadays. Its main objective is to problematize, from a discursive bias in the Foucauldian perspective, some identity practices considered deviant, in the light of language studies. A bibliographic research methodology is adopted, taking as a starting point some Foucault’s works (2001, 2004, 2010, 2014) among others which problematize the theme. The discussions reveal that discourses produce subjectivities, control lives, administer techniques through useful devices which maintain a supposed normalizing social order which can tangent a categorization of identities and police bodies otherwise. Keywords: Discourse. Device. Subjectivation processes. Transvestite. Resistance.
