Abstract

Автор анализирует ситуацию, сложившуюся на Украине в результате двух Брестских сепаратных мирных договоров, заключённых правительствами Украинской Центральной Рады и Советской России с Центральными державами. Показаны причины поражения правительства Советской Украины в результате австро-германской интервенции, а также быстрого восстановления Советской власти после краха режима Скоропадского.
