Abstract

Auszug aus dem Beitrag «Im vorangehenden Beitrag wurde das Formulieren von Lernzielen (sog. learning outcomes) als wichtiger Faktor einer kompetenzorientierten Hochschullehre thematisiert. Auch die Leistungsnachweise, um die es im Folgenden geht, spielen bei der Kompetenzorientierung eine wichtige Rolle: Bei der kompetenzorientierten Beurteilung von Leistungen soll nicht einfach geschaut werden, ob Studierende irgendwelches Wissen auswendig gelernt haben und es möglichst fehlerfrei wiedergeben können. Vielmehr sollen sich die Leistungsnachweise an den Lernzielen ausrichten und eine Aussage darüber ermöglichen, welche Lernziele die Studierenden in welchem Ausmass erreicht haben – das heisst, über welche Kompetenzen sie verfügen. Wichtig ist dabei auch, dass Leistungsnachweise Rückschlüsse darüber ermöglichen sollen, in welchen Bereichen und auf welche Weise die Studierenden ihre Kompetenzen weiterentwickeln können.» [50]
