The Early Data Release of the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument

Abstract

The Early Data Release (EDR) of the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument covers Commissioning and Survey Validation data prior to the DESI Main Survey. The full dataset is available at https://data.desi.lbl.gov/doc/releases/edr ; the tarball included on Zenodo contains the data used in the plots for the companion paper describing EDR. See the README.md file for details about the formats of each file.
