Abstract

Маълумки, тарихни ёритишда манбаларнинг ўрни алоҳида аҳамиятлидир. Бундай манбалар сирасига архив манбалари ҳам кириб, бугунги кунда улардан Ўзбекистон тарихини хонликлар даврини ёритишда ҳам кенг кўламда фойдаланилмоқда. Мазкур архив манбалари мавзуга оид сайёҳ ва элчиларнинг қайдлари ва асарларида учрайдиган чалкашликларни аниқлаштиришда ҳам муҳим аҳамиятга эга ҳисобланади. Марказий Осиё хонликлари ва Россия империяси ўртасидаги муносабатлар турли тарихий даврларда ички ҳамда ташқи омиллар натижасида доимий равишда ўзгариб турган. Ўзаро савдо ва элчилик воситасида йўлга қўйилган бу муносабатлар баъзида давлатлар ўртасидаги ҳарбий тўқнашувларга ҳам олиб келган.
