FSL-MRS is a collection of python modules and wrapper scripts for pre-processing and model fitting of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) data. FSL-MRS is part of the FSL toolbox. FSL-MRS is developed at the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (FMRIB), at the University of Oxford. It is hosted at git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl_mrs.
