Abstract

Развитие Республики Узбекистан как сильного и независимого государства неразрывно связано с преодолением комплекса проблем, возникших в связи со сменой политической и социально-экономической системы нашего государства в 90-х годах прошлого столетия. Одной из таких проблем выступает коррупция, поразившая практически все уровни власти.
