ABANDONO AFETIVO INVERSO DURANTE A PANDEMIA: A RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL SOB A ÓTICA DO DEVER DO CUIDADO

Abstract

O tema do presente trabalho é o abandono afetivo inverso efetivado quando se perpassou a pandemia de Covid-19 no que se refere a responsabilidade civil no âmbito da ótica do dever do cuidado. O objetivo geral do Trabalho de Curso é analisar o abandono afetivo inverso ao decorrer da pandemia de Covid 19 no que tange a responsabilidade civil sob a ótica do dever do cuidado. Os objetivos específicos foram descrever as noções gerais do abandono afetivo inverso; caracterizar o abandono afetivo inverso perpassando a pandemia causada pelo Covid-19 no âmbito do impacto do distanciamento social no afeto e na visitação de parentes idosos; examinar a responsabilidade civil em decorrência da ausência do dever do cuidado no abandono afetivo inverso na pandemia de Covid-19. A metodologia do trabalho é composta por uma pesquisa descritiva com enfoque de uma pesquisa qualitativa em que foram pesquisados artigos, teses e dissertações que abordavam o tema da pesquisa, os trabalhos encontrados foram agrupados de acordo com suas temáticas e os dados foram descritos ao decorrer do presenta trabalho. Os resultados comprovam compreensões atuais sobre o abandono afetivo inverso, características próprias do abandono afetivo inverso na pandemia no âmbito do impacto do distanciamento social no afeto e na visitação de parentes idosos, a responsabilidade civil devido à ausência do dever do cuidado no abandono afetivo inverso na pandemia. Conclui-se que os trabalhos envolvendo o tema pesquisado carecem de continuarem a ser realizados para acontecerem ações que possibilitem diminuir o índice de abandono afetivo inverso na sociedade.
