Abstract

На основе анализа специализированной литературы выдвинуто предположение о необходимости теоретического обоснования и разработки методики формирования коммуникативной компетенции у будущих офицеров по работе с личным составом в процессе профессиональной подготовки в ВВОУ РУ с учетом специфики современных условий военной службы. Цель статьи заключается в обосновании актуальности и значимости формирования коммуникативной компетенции будущих офицеров.
