The CODECO Deliverable D1 “Project Handbook and Gender-neutral Guidelines” corresponds to the project handbook, defining solutions and processes to assist the project organisation and the daily execution of activities, providing information concerning project management, as well as specific management rules and procedures. CODECO D1 describes the quality monitoring aspects, proposing specific procedures so that the work execution of the project is adequately monitored. It defines all the necessary mechanisms and structures for the management and administrative coordination of the project with emphasis on the governance, change management, communication plan, stages, milestones, and reporting roles and responsibilities. D1 is a working tool and can therefore be improved the project lifetime, to facilitate the cooperation among partners, and to assist in creating a common work methodology.
