This deposit contains the version of ASySD shiny app assessed in our preprint and future publication: The Automated Systematic Search Deduplicator (ASySD): a rapid, open-source, interoperable tool to remove duplicate citations in biomedical systematic reviews, Kaitlyn Hair, Zsanett Bahor, Malcolm Macleod, Jing Liao, Emily S. Sena, bioRxiv 2021.05.04.442412; DOI: 10.1101/2021.05.04.442412 Contents within the app folder are copied from a prior GitHub commit in the ASySD shiny repository. The sessionInfo file contains the output of sessionInfo() in the R environment to advise on recommended package versions. Files used for testing in the preprint are available via the Open Science Framework project. Note that updated versions of ASySD (now a formalised R package at v1.1.1) are available and documented in the ASySD GitHub repository.
