Abstract

Представлен анализ различных технических вариантов лечения 87 больных с травматическими стенозами позвоночного канала, вызванными повреждениями грудопоясничного отдела позвоночника. Планирование методики декомпрессии дурального мешка требует дифференцированного подхода. В зависимости от локализации и степени повреждения костных отломков и связок, а также выраженности неврологических нарушений методом выбора при сложных операциях на передних и задних структурах позвоночника является латеральный внеполостной доступ из одного разреза, а при двухэтапных операциях или малотравматичных операциях - введение костно-хрящевых имплантатов в тело поврежденного позвонка и их фиксация различными способами
