Elektr mashinasi generator yoki dvigatel sifatida ishlaganda uning oʻzida energiyaning bir qismi isrof boʻladi.Oʻzgarmas tok mashinada elektr isrofi, magnit isrof va mexanik isroflar boʻladi. Magnit va mexanik isrof mashinaning yuklamaasiga bogʻlik boʻlmaydi, ular doimiy isrofni tashkil qiladi.
