Abstract

Ҳуқуқий демократик давлат ва фуқаролик жамияти барпо этишни ўз олдига мақсад қилиб қўйган Ўзбекистонда давлат мустақиллигининг илк кунларидан бошлаб, фуқаролар ҳуқуқ ва эркинликлари кафолатининг конституциявий асослари яратилиб ҳаётга тадбиқ этилганлиги долзарб аҳамият касб этмоқда. Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон Республикаси конституциясининг хуқуқбузарликлар профилактикасида тутган ўрни ва ахамияти хақида ёритилган.
