Aktive Beteiligung von Patientinnen und Patienten in der Gesundheitsforschung – eine Heranführung für (klinisch) Forschende

Abstract

Diese Publikation führt Forschende an die Entwicklung einer sinnvollen Beteiligungsstrategie in der klinischen bzw. Gesundheitsforschung heran, die über ein bloßes Abhaken externer Anforderungen hinausgeht. Nach einer Darstellung der gesellschaftlichen Wurzeln von Beteiligung und einer Diskussion der verschiedenen Konzepte, Ansätze und Begriffe wird das praktische Vorgehen konkret beleuchtet: von der Suche nach geeigneten Partnerinnen und Partnern, der Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit und der Auswahl geeigneter Formate bis zur Evaluation und zum Reporting. Exkurse, Denkanstöße und Praxistipps ergänzen die Kapitel. Verfasst wurde diese Heranführung von Antje Schütt und Dr. Eva Müller-Fries, beide Wissenschaftliche Referentinnen im Bereich Gesundheit des DLR Projektträgers, gemeinsam mit Dr. Sarah Weschke, Projektteam-Leiterin Patient & Stakeholder Engagement am QUEST Center for Responsible Research des Berlin Institute of Health (BIH). Die Inhalte basieren auf einer Online-Fortbildung zum Thema, die die drei Autorinnen in den vergangenen Jahren gemeinsam entwickelt und pilotiert haben. Ein Beitrag von David Brinkmann von der Nationalen Kontakt- und Informationsstelle zur Anregung und Unterstützung von Selbsthilfegruppen (NAKOS) ergänzt die Darstellung und gibt einen Überblick über die Selbsthilfelandschaft in Deutschland.
