МИЕЛОМА И ПАТОГЕНЕЗ СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена литература о эпидемиологическом, механизме развития, факторах риска миеллома. Миелома – это заболевание группы хронического миелобластного лейкоза, при котором нарушается кровообращение и образование тканей. В результате этого в крови появляются однотипные иммуноглобулины, нарушаются гуморальные иммунные функции, разрушается костная ткань. Литературная информация показывает, что многочисленные миеломы имеют неопределенную распространенность и тенденции к их ежегодному росту.
