Abstract

Jahon ekologik inqirozining hozirgi og‘ir sharoitlari, uni bartaraf etish zarurligi ekologik mezonlarni inson faoliyatining barcha tarmoqlari uchun majburiy va ustuvor vazifa sifatida kiritishni taqozo qilmoqda. Hozirgi sharoit innovatsion rivojlantirish strategiyasini amalga oshirish, inson va tabiat o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarni optimallashtirishga, rivojlangan mahalliy va xorijiy yutuqlar asosida ekologik xavfsizlikni oshirishga qaratilgan kadrlar tayyorlashni talab qiladi.
