FERMENTLARNING AHAMIYATI.

Abstract

Barcha tirik organizmlar, o’simliklar, hayvonlar, bakteriyalarning hayotida fermentlarning roli juda katta hisoblanadi. Fermentlar tirik organizmdagi biosintez reaksiyalarida faol qatnashadi va ularning normal kechishini taminlaydi. Ushbu tezisda fermentlarning tirik organizmlardagi ahamiyatini ko’rib chiqamiz.
