Abstract

Gentiana olivieri - Gentianaceae oilasiga mansub o'simlik turi. Bu dorivor o'simlik bo'lib, vatani Turkiya, Gretsiya va Eronning hamda O'zbekistonning tog'li hududlarida joylashgan. O'simlik tarkibida turli xil kimyoviy birikmalar mavjud, jumladan: Ksantonlar: Bular yallig'lanishga qarshi va antioksidant xususiyatlarni o'z ichiga olgan bir qator biologik faollikka ega bo'lgan tabiiy birikmalardir. Gentianon va mangiferin Gentiana olivieri-da joylashgan ikkita ksantondir. Secoiridoids: Bu turli xil o'simliklarda, jumladan zaytun va gentianda uchraydigan kimyoviy birikmalarning bir turi. Sekoiridoidlar yallig'lanishga qarshi, antioksidant va saratonga qarshi xususiyatlarga ega ekanligi isbotlangan. Gentiopicroside va swertiamarin Gentiana olivieri-da joylashgan ikkita sekoiridoiddir.
