ПРОБЛЕМИ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ РИНКУ ФІНАНСОВИХ ПОСЛУГ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ

Стаття присвячено дослідженню особливостей функціонування ринку фінансових послуг в умовах воєнного стану. Досліджено сутність поняття «фінансова послуга». Встановлено, що до розуміння сутності цього явища існують такі підходи: розуміння фінансової послуги як особливої дії чи роду діяльності; розуміння «фінансової послуги» як сукупності дій (операцій) із фінансовими активами та розгляд фінансової послуги як певного виду відносин. Проаналізовано основні тенденції функціонування ринку фінансових послуг упродовж 2022 р. Визначено основні напрями відновлення ринку фінансових послуг, зокрема: відновлення банківського сектору, сприяння формування кластеру вітчизняних інвесторів, зменшити частку державного кредитування на користь ринкового.
