Abstract

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРИВЛЕЧЕНИЯ К ДИСЦИПЛИНАРНОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ СОТРУДНИКОВ ОРГАНОВ ВНУТРЕННИХ ДЕЛ / Н. А. Прокофьев, Ю. С. Кошелева ; ГОУ ВПО "ДОНАУИГС" // Сборник научных работ серии «Право». В статье проведен анализ дисциплинарного производства в органах внутренних дел в контексте действующего законодательства Российской Федерации. Рассмотрено законодательство о труде по части регулирования привлечения к дисциплинарной ответственности сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Даны предложения по совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы.
