The study was commissioned by the AK. It is part of a project network consisting of a BMVIT funding project and one commissioned project each by the AK and the BMVIT. Both commissioned projects build on the results of the funded project, in which innovative public procurement (IPP) is described and analysed on the basis of eight selected good practices. The project report presented here documents the analysis of the good practices with regard to the three dimensions initiation, effects and learning.
