The use of natural light and ventilation, which to some extent represents an important factor of energy saving, is one of the key components of the building design to ensure that buildings consume the least amount of energy possible and to make sure that they blend in with their environment. Currently, integrated design emphasises natural ventilation as the primary building design element. In India, the idea of terraced housing is resurfacing in metropolitan areas. It makes sense that terraced homes would become more popular in the future given the restricted supply of land. The majority of its urban districts today include both affordable and luxurious row homes. Look for row homes in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Pune, Chennai, and Noida, among other cities. This report discusses numerous strategies for increasing natural ventilation in terraced homes.
