The primary purpose of this study is to enhance the academic performance of Grade 3 pupils in Science using a synchronous learning approach. The design of the study was a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects were the 28 grade 3 learners of Malanday Elementary School during 2020-2021. A 25-item validated teacher-created test was administered as a pre-and post-test. The findings of the pre-and post-tests were evaluated using mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Based on the study's findings, most learners performed within and beyond the standards set when they were taught using the synchronous learning approach. Therefore, it can be safely inferred that the synchronous learning approach is an effective strategy for improving learners' academic performance.
