Abstract

Resumen El estudio se planteó analizar la incidencia de la Política de evaluación en el desempeño docente de una institución educativa en Perú. Fue una investigación cualitativa de diseño fenomenológico, basada en el paradigma interpretativo. Los participantes fueron veinte docentes de nivel secundario, a quienes se aplicó una entrevista a profundidad para conocer su percepción sobre la política de evaluación de desempeño docente y cómo ha incidido en su labor. En el análisis temático se encontró convergencias, discrepancias, descontentos y satisfacciones respecto a la política evaluativa. El instrumento se basó, en primer lugar, en aspectos para analizar una política de evaluación de desempeño docente y, por otro lado, en los cuatro dominios del ejercicio docente propuestos en el Marco del Buen Desempeño Docente: Preparación para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, Enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, Participación en la gestión de la escuela articulada a la comunidad y Desarrollo de la profesionalidad y la Identidad docente. Se concluyó que la política de evaluación de desempeño docente tiene incidencia positiva en tres dominios.
