Abstract

Cette étude a pour objectif de mettre en évidence l’impact de l’innovation perçue sur la satisfaction des consommateurs de la téléphonie mobile au Cameroun. Afin d’y parvenir, nous avons à l’aide d’un questionnaire collecté des données auprès de 7583 étudiants des Universités publiques et privées. Nous nous sommes servis des équations structurelles pour analyser nos données. À l’issue de cette analyse, nous démontrons que l’innovation perçue mesurée à l’aide de : la nouveauté perçue, la qualité perçue, le prix perçu et le risque perçu influence significativement la satisfaction des consommateurs de la téléphonie mobile au Cameroun. Au terme de notre analyse, nous suggérons aux opérateurs de la téléphonie mobile de chercher à détecter les différentes dimensions du risque perçu car, nous avons constaté que ces risques influencent négativement la satisfaction des consommateurs. Il sera également de leur intérêt de revoir leurs politiques de prix car, lorsqu’un consommateur manifeste un sentiment d’attachement durable, préférentiel ou exclusif à l’égard d’un opérateur, il attend de profiter de celui-ci d’un prix préférentiel. Nous leur avons enfin recommandé de mener des enquêtes de satisfaction qui leur permettront de savoir si les innovations apportées sont bien accueillies par les consommateurs.
