Abstract

La revolución copernicana representó el cambio científico y conceptual que eliminó a la Tierra como el centro del universo. Fue tal el impacto de esta nueva forma de pensar que el término giro copernicano ha pasado a ser equivalente a un cambio radical en cualquier disciplina. Hoy, una segunda revolución copernicana es un reto que nos lleva a percibir a nuestro planeta como una entidad compleja y dinámica obligando a la necesidad de la colaboración intersectorial. Los puentes articuladores para la colaboración necesitan el compromiso de la academia, la industria, el gobierno y también la inclusión de otros portadores de conocimiento igualmente experto, pero no reconocido como tal, tanto a escalas locales como globales. En este número podrás encontrar un artículo sobre las colaboraciones históricas entre la academia, el gobierno y la industria, y la forma en que se han influenciado mutuamente. El segundo artículo profundiza sobre las características, el impacto y los retos de las producciones intersectoriales. En la sección CO2nversando, se presenta la visión de nuestra entrevistada sobre las estrategias y las barreras asociadas con la colaboración intersectorial. También incluimos algunas recomendaciones para continuar explorando estos temas en las secciones Sí, sí es y Para llevar. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Copernican revolution represented the scientific and conceptual change that eliminated the Earth as the centre of the universe. Such was the impact of this new way of thinking that the term Copernican turn has become equivalent to a radical change in any discipline. Today, a second Copernican revolution is a challenge that leads us to perceive our planet as a complex and dynamic entity that forces the need for intersectoral collaboration. The articulating links for collaboration need the commitment of academia, industry, government, and the inclusion of other holders of equally expert knowledge, but not recognised as such, both locally and globally. In this issue, you will find an article on the historical collaborations between academia, government and industry, and how they have influenced each other. The second article delves into the characteristics, impact and challenges of intersectoral productions In the CO2nversing section, out interviewee shares her vision on the strategies and barriers associated with intersectoral collaboration. We also include some recommendations for further exploring these topics in the Yes, Yes It Is and Take Away sections.
