A REFORMA TRABALHISTA NOS EDITORIAIS DE "O GLOBO" E "FOLHA DE S. PAULO": O QUE MUDOU CINCO ANOS APÓS A APROVAÇÃO DA LEI

Abstract

Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar e comparar os editoriais dos jornais Folha de S. Paulo e O Globo sobre a Reforma Trabalhista proposta pelo governo Michel Temer, aprovada no Congresso Nacional em julho de 2016 e que entrou em vigor em 2017. A Reforma da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) foi amplamente apoiada por empresários e ouros atores do chamado neoliberalismo e questionada por movimentos sociais e partidos progressistas. A partir principalmente da análise de dois editoriais - Olhar para a frente (Folha de S. Paulo, 17 de abril de 2022); e Reforma trabalhista incentiva o emprego forma (O Globo, 14 de julho de 2017) - o artigo desmembra as promessas e consequências da reforma, e como a grande mídia se posiciona após os cinco anos de vigência da lei. Para isto, será utilizado como ferramenta de estudo a Análise Qualitativa, com apoio das teorias de jornalismo Agenda Setting e Organizacional. Editoriais, presentes em todos os jornais do mundo, são textos opinativos, não assinados, o que pressupõe que sua responsabilidade é da direção de Redação. A partir da leitura destes textos é possível perceber a inclinação ideológica dos veículos de comunicação. Editoriais são uma espécie de “boca” do jornal, vocalizando suas opiniões e visões do mundo.
