Code lines for prospecting articles and patents on main policosanol biorefine routes: Scopus, Web of Science and Orbit Intelligence.

Abstract

To patents prospect was used the modality Advanced Search and IP Business Intelligence of OrbitÒ seekers (version 1.9.8). The policosanol spelling variants, with "y" or "i", and suffix variations “ultrasonic” or “ultrasound” were considered. Work conducted during a scholarship supported by the Institutional Sandwich Doctorate Program Abroad (PDSE) at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Salvador, Brazil, and University of Valladolid (UVA), Palencia, Spain. ::: To access this report, simply request it via email rilton@ufba.br or riltonprimo@hotmail.com, if you meet any of the conditions described below: 1) Member of the research group on biorefineries (UFSB, UFBA, IFBA-Profnit; Universidad de Valladolid, Universidad de Zaragoza, ICIDCA or CNIC); 2) Member of the TECLIM research group (UFBA, UFSB); 3) Reviewer/Revisor/Editor of Scientific Journal.

This study was financed in part by the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - Brasil (Capes) - Finance Code 001. Acknowledgment To Questel, for the kind permission to use and free training of the Orbit (Orbit Intelligence, 2021, 2022). To the University of Valladolid for receiving us, support and training. To Dr. D. Kouloukoui, MsC F. Santos for technical advice. Thanks to the inventor, entrepreneur and Prof. H. Suzuki, as well as to Axonal Consultoria Tecnológica, of which he is a Managing Partner, for generously sharing information and up-to-date technical guidance on patent prospecting, studies and information.
