MaRDIFlow: A Workflow Framework for Documentation and Integration of FAIR Computational Experiments

Abstract

This is a working prototype of MaRDIFlow, a cse workflow framework that abstracts the multi-layered components from FAIR computational experiments. This work is a part of Measure 4 (M4) in the Task Area 2 (TA2) of the MaRDI (https://www.mardi4nfdi.de/about/mission) consortium and uploaded here as a part of CoRDI 2023, a Conference on Research Data Infrastructure.
