Available plasmids used in year 1 of ASAP project 2 - Target Enablement.

Abstract

Collated plasmids used for the ASAP project 2 drug discovery platform in year 1. Details of insert sequence and vector backbone included. These plasmids will be deposited into Addgene shortly. Plasmids will be accessible for use by all. Plasmids used in successful crystal screens to date are highlighted on the sheet. Up to date information on the progress made by the ASAP project 2 team can be found here: https://asapdiscovery.org/outputs/target-enabling-packages/ Research reported here was supported in part by NIAID of the National Institutes of Health under award number U19AI171399.The content is solely the responsibility of the authors and does not necessarily represent the official views of the National Institutes of Health
