Рассмотрены существующие формы межбюджетных трансфертов и их влияние на доходную и расходную части местных бюджетов. Выявлены основные недостатки нормативно-правовой базы, регулирующей бюджетные отношения в Российской Федерации. Various existing forms of inter-budgetary transfers and their impact on the revenue and expenditure side of local budgets are considered. The main shortcomings of the regulatory framework regulating budgetary relations in the Russian Federation are revealed.
