O presente trabalho traz o desenvolvimento de um classificador de resíduos sólidos baseado em redes neurais artificiais, que pode ser embarcado tanto em microcontroladores, quanto em smartphones – que é o caso em que foi implementado pelos autores neste projeto. Todo o estudo foi realizado utilizando a plataforma gratuita Edge Impulse.
