Trăim într-o epocă în care nevoia de distracție, de amuzament a devenit o nevoie bazală, parcă pentru majoritatea dintre noi. Auzim mai des și peste tot cuvântul împrumutat lingvistic “fun”, pe care oricine îl asociază cu amuzamentul și umorul în contexte variate. Se ridică întrebarea logică “ce efecte ar putea avea umorul în viața noastră? “ Întrebarea aceasta o adresăm cercetătorilor, psihologilor, terapeuților, aici.
