Abstract

El conjunto de datos extraído para esta actividad práctica junta diversas características de las distintas viviendas a la venta publicadas en el portal inmobiliario de Habitaclia en la ciudad de Sevilla actualmente. Esto se ha hecho para poder realizar un análisis del precio/calidad de la vivienda en función de la zona y sus características.
