Abstract

Das Poster stellt den Stand der Implementierung von FAIR-Prinzipien an der Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin im Jahr 2021 dar. Das Projekt wurde durch Berlin University Alliance gefördert. Die Ergebnisse wurden in das bestehende Charité Dashboard on Responsible Research integriert. Das Poster zu den Daten aus dem Jahr 2020 ist unter 10.5281/zenodo.7245695 zu finden. Für die Analyse wurden Forschungsdaten untersucht, die gemeinsam mit im Jahr 2021 erschienenen Artikeln veröffentlicht wurden, und die öffentlich in Datenrepositorien zugänglich sind. Für jedes Repositorium, das im Artikel zitiert wurde, wurde ein Identifier (URL oder DOI) an das Screening-Tool F-UJI gesendet. F-UJI berechnet anhand von Metriken und Tests einen Score, der die prozentuale Erfüllung der einzelnen FAIR-Prinzipien pro Datensatz anzeigt. Die interaktiven Charts sollen Wissen über die FAIR-Prinzipien und ihr Monitoring vermitteln und ein Bewusstsein dafür schaffen, welche Voraussetzungen "FAIRe" und somit nachhaltig nachnutzbare Daten erfüllen müssen. Das Poster präsentiert unter anderem wie hoch der Grad der Erfüllung verschiedener FAIR-Prinzipien in diesem Sample insgesamt ist, und wie sich dies je nach Repositorium unterscheidet.
