Abstract

Компьютерная герниоабдоминометрия (КТГА) проводилась с целью определения размеров грыжевых ворот, объема содержимого грыжевого мешка, а также для предварительного определения метода герниоалло- и абдоминопластики. Этот метод был выполнен 58 (86,6%) пациентам с вентральными грыжами и морбидным ожирением. Полученные формы нарушения топографии передней брюшной стенки позволяли выработать рациональную подготовку больного перед операцией, а также выбрать оптимальный способ герниопластики индивидуально для каждого пациента.
