In in this national report, we present the descriptive results of the SPOTnat survey (home care coordination and quality - a national study), which was conducted from January 2021 to September 2021 in 88 home care organizations in Switzerland. 3.223 home care employees, 1.509 clients and 1.165 relatives were surveyed. The focus of this survey was on coordination and quality of care, the quality of the work environment and personnel outcomes, e.g., job satisfaction or the intention to quit. German: Im vorliegenden nationalen Bericht stellen wir die deskriptiven Resultate der SPOTnat Befragung (Spitex Koordination und Qualität – eine nationale Studie) zusammen, die von Januar 2021 bis September 2021 in 88 Spitex-Organisationen in der Schweiz durchgeführt wurde. Darin wurden 3.223 Spitex-Mitarbeitende, 1.509 Klient/-innen und 1.165 Angehörige befragt. Im Fokus der Erhebung stand die Koordination und Versorgungsqualität, die Arbeitsumgebungsqualität sowie die Personalergebnisse z. B. hinsichtlich Arbeitszufriedenheit oder Kündigungsabsicht.
